The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of correspondence, maintaining strict confidentiality, and delivering high-level briefings to the Deputy Commissioner. This role involves developing and evaluating systems to support the efficient flow of correspondence, as well as preparing and drafting high-quality briefing notes and correspondence on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner. The Senior Advisor will also be involved in coordinating and quality assuring various documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with government policies and legislative requirements.Applicants for the Senior Advisor position at the company should possess a high level of discernment, the ability to interpret and reframe information, and a strong focus on risk mitigation. The role requires extensive liaison with senior executives and peers, as well as the undertaking of specific projects and tasks as requested. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of business and community needs, and be able to provide consistent advice on emerging issues. Additionally, the role involves managing and auditing access to specific systems, and providing in-house training to ensure the effective use of these systems and workflows. A background in administration, with a focus on correspondence management and a commitment to upholding human rights and diversity, is essential.
