Account Manager – Landscape Maintenance

Job Description Manage commercial maintenance contracts throughout Sydney Work with a supportive, highly-versatile management team 60% in the office and 40% out on site $90,000 – $100,000 + Super + Vehicle The Company Our client has gone from strength-to-strength during 2024, with a full book of landscape maintenance contracts for the next 3-5 years already locked in.
They are a formidable name in the commercial and local government landscape sector, delivering award-winning work across Sydney.
Known for their excellent tight-knit culture, the construction and maintenance divisions work together seamlessly to produce outstanding results year-on-year.
The Opportunity This position will put you at the forefront of a thriving division and will require a versatile individual to spearhead maintenance services in Sydney.
With you at the helm, you will bring your vast knowledge and experience to motivate your crews on the ground and build a strong rapport with clients, including Local Councils, Developers, and Government Entities.
You will have self-motivated Team Leaders and Supervisors already embedded in the business who are keen to have a manager to learn from and collaborate with.
They are someone you can lean on to share the load and assist you with making great things happen
The Role Scheduling maintenance work Building relationships with new and existing clients Quoting for maintenance contracts Managing crews and visiting sites Procuring new materials, equipment and resources Collaborating with the Director Delegating tasks to your Supervisors Budgets and forecasts Assist with hiring new crew members The Requirements Certificate III in Parks & Gardens / Horticulture 3-5 years in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar position Experience managing crews on commercial sites Drivers License Looking to Relocate?
