Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Specialist to join the Digital Team in our Perth office In this role, you will be responsible for setup, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of our ERP digital solution. Your passion to lead a team, build internal stakeholder and external vendor relationships will be key in driving business outcomes and solutions.

Your Focus Will Include:

Supporting conversion of estimate data into the cost system (VisionCPM)
Supporting integration of project controls data from operations
Providing system training and support to Cost Control users
Working collaboratively with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements
Assisting Project teams to identify and recommend solutions
Liaising with Head Office team in Milan to identify system improvements
Maintaining and updating system and training documentation
Conducting performance, security audits, and system reviews as required
Provision of end user training across Webuild Project Controls Applications
Adhering to and implementing IT procedures
Providing support, including update and management of IT Service Management system
Responsible for working with Project teams to design, produce reports, and manage the BI reports

What You Will Bring to the Team:

Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline or equivalent ERP experience
5+ year function management experience in Project Controls or Cost Control discipline
Experience in working with business users and documenting business requirements
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated experience working in a project environment and/or exposure in cost management, planning, and progress monitoring function
Ability to build strong relationships through engagement with customers, colleagues, and other key stakeholders
Excellent proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Power BI would be highly regarded
Experience in IT change management and managing incidents
