The ProjectThe project is in the Defence sector on sites located in regional Western Australia. The overall project is more than 2 years in duration, involving significant construction upgrades to airfield asphalt pavements and related infrastructure assets.
Your OpportunityJoin a leading team delivering critical infrastructure upgrades for a Defence sector project in regional WA. We are seeking an experienced Pavement Supervisor to lead the construction of airfield pavements and related infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 5 years of supervisory experience in pavement construction.Strong expertise in pavement and earthworks construction, particularly for Defence or airfield projects.Previous FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) experience.Competence in planning, assigning, and monitoring daily work tasks within a team.Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.Strong focus on safety and performance in team settings.Ability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience in Defence and airfield project delivery is highly regarded.Ability to meet Department of Defence security clearance requirements (DCAC).BenefitsWe are always looking for ways to make CPB Contractors a more rewarding place to work and offer a unique set of benefits, including:
