Devlyn Construction is privately owned and has been established in Western Australia for over 32 years.
We are a leading commercial contractor that specializes in delivering projects across a range of sectors in WA's metropolitan and regional locations.
Due to continued growth and success, we currently have a position for an experienced Site Manager to join our Southwest operations.
THE ROLE
As a Site Manager at Devlyn, you will be responsible for:
Management of the construction process from start to finish; Implementation and management of workplace health and safety while promoting a strong safety culture; Quality control and management; Working with complex and strict time-frames; Management of employees; Management and coordination of subcontractors, trades and materials; and Stakeholder engagement with clients, architects and project managers - while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Demonstrated ability of working with complex and strict time-frames; Strong construction knowledge; Strong interpersonal skills; and Excellent organisational and communication skills.
