Communicate Speech Pathology was founded in 2004 by our Director, Emily Joseph.
Our first logo transpired from a self-drawn portrait of one of Emily's three-year-old clients.
It reflects the client's needs to better connect and socialise through communication and our guiding principle to deliver innovative, accessible and outcome-based services to our clients.
The RoleIdeally, we base your territory from your home location where you will get to work with our Scheduling Specialist to minimise travel time and optimise flexibility.
Community based clients - schools, day programs, supported workplaces, aged care facilities, client homes etc.Adult and paediatric caseload made up of NDIS and private clientsAssist clients with a range of communication and swallowing disordersDeliver therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and functionalRealistic and healthy target hours per weekWeekly scheduled supervision, 1:1 and group supervision sessions with your dedicated Clinical ManagerA supportive team environment filled with passionate colleagues who have monthly social events and team meetingsOur comprehensive and highly regarded Professional Development Program provides you with the opportunity to gain, practice and enhance your experience across a diverse range of clinical settings.
