Our Northland store is hiring a Store Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, overseeing a retail team with a unique buzz and energy at Telstra within a dynamic team environment.

You'll use your previous retail management experience to lead from the front, helping to inspire the next generation of the retail team. You're excited to move into this pivotal role to develop a high performing team, while enhancing your skills and growing yourself professionally.
What you'll do Ensuring the stores KPI's (sales and customer service) are metDeveloping and nurturing a high performing, customer experience focused team within a fast-paced environmentMaintaining an inclusive store culture, ensuring it's a positive and all-round awesome place to beIdentify and lead the recruitment for new store team membersCollaborate with your team members, leading performance reviews and helping grow their careersAbout you Demonstrated recent people leadership success within a target driven retail sales environmentYou're able to energise and drive a team to exceed sales targets and KPIsYou lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied teamYou're able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem solvingExperience in leading through times of change (products / systems) and bringing your team on the journeyWhat's next?
