You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships within their niche industry sector, and delivering recruitment solutions that meet individual client needs.Maximize market share in accounts by driving improved relationships across existing and new accountsUnderstand clients' business operations and solve their recruitment needs through a consultative sales approachSelect and match candidates for appropriate positions, arrange interviews and fully brief candidates on the company and roleFocus on candidate experience and build strong relationships with candidates across the marketDeveloping new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact with them to build positive, productive, and long-term corporate relationshipsServicing, nurturing, and developing existing client relationships through meetings, client functions, and eventsSelecting and matching candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and roleMaintaining CRM database records and ensuring all information is always up to dateABOUT YOUClient-facing sales experience or previous experience in agency recruitment (min 2 years)Tertiary qualified preferably within Business/CommerceDesire to work in a target-driven, energetic sales environmentExcellent communication skills and presentationProactive and positive approach with a strong, driven work ethicPersistence, resilience, drive, and determination to succeedOUR CULTUREWe put people at the heart of everything we do.Building deep, productive relationships, we help high-profile candidates seize amazing career opportunities with the world's leading businesses.
