Commercial Partnerships Loyalty Manager - South Bank, QLDJob no: 522654 Brand: Executive LeadershipWork type: Full time Location: Queensland Categories: Marketing, Web, Creative & UX The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial loyalty partnerships process.Customer Loyalty StrategyChampion the Customer Loyalty value propositionOnboard and support new partnersAlign joint initiatives with Customer Loyalty strategy for successPartner Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong partner relationshipsResolve conflicts and challenges in partnershipsCollaborate with sales and marketing teamsPerformance and Trend MonitoringTrack industry loyalty trends and competitor actionsMeasure and report partner performance using key metricsStrategic Planning and InnovationPlan and evaluate new initiatives with business leadershipEnsure key stakeholders understand partner objectivesStay updated on industry trends and digital advancesWho you are:Bachelor's degree in business or related field3-5 years of experience in commercial partner management / salesUnderstanding of core marketing principles for co-promotionsLoyalty Understanding: Not critical, though highly regardedKnowledge of the current loyalty market, players and programs, especially in retail, travel, FS, utilitiesUnderstanding of Loyalty coalition mechanismsUnderstanding of Loyalty commercials, analytics and ROI mechanismsExperience in Loyalty partnershipsSolid understanding of loyalty programs and core loyalty principles (reward mechanisms, member engagement strategies, program optimisation, etc.
