As the Property Administrator, you will play a BIG part within the Property Team.
We are now entering our next phase and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Property Administrator to assist the team.
This is a part time role working 3 days per week .
A Day in the Life of the role:
Support the property team with the production of all lease offers and coordinate property committee meetings Manage and update internal documents Maintain Lease Eagle database and monthly real estate reporting Review rent payments and manage payments and increases Assist with budgets and rental outgoings Responsible for all lease document administration Manage leasing paperwork and terms for accuracy To be successful in the role:
Background in Property (preferably in the retail sector) Confident in managing the team to gain outcomes Well organised and strong attention to detail Experience with Lease Eagle or other property management systems Great communication skills as you will be managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels Be structured and process driven in your work style Be curious and ask questions This role has the opportunity for career progression into a transactional role What you will get out of the role:
