DescriptionABOUT MONTALTO Montalto is a place where you can celebrate life and enjoy a moment out of the ordinary. Owned by the Mitchell family since 1999, Montalto is where seasonal, heirloom produce is grown, shared, and celebrated. Montalto's home estate of 30 acres under vine is the primary source for their premium wines, and the expansive kitchen gardens and orchards supply their kitchens in The Restaurant and The Piazza.
About the role We are seeking an experienced and passionate pizza chef to join our award-winning and fast-paced Red Hill kitchen team.
You will work autonomously and manage your ordering, prep and stock.You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Casual position, with weekend, peak holiday season and public holiday availability essential.Minimum 2 years experience.About you Aligned with our values of Welcoming, Authentic, Respectful, and Meticulous.Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.Organised, calm and professional.Experience in a fast-paced kitchen.Previous hand-stretching skills and experience.We care about the people who work with us and are engaged in helping them to grow.
