About the Role We are currently seeking Care Assistants to join our dedicated "call-in team".
Shifts are available (often at short notice) to cover unplanned leave.Join our valued and highly rewarded team of casually on-hired nurses and care staff in delivering superior care outcomes for patients, family, and staff in Australia's leading health and aged care organisations.
Duties PCA's who join our team will be expected to provide:
Superior personal careFeedingDomestic supportMake a difference to residents in providing exemplary careWork collaboratively within teamsWillingness to learn and interact with new people and systemsStrict adherence to facility and governmental accreditation standardsKitchen, laundry, or housekeeping skills are highly regarded.Skills & Experience Successful applicants will possess the following:
Demonstrate a willingness to provide exceptional person-centred care and support to residentsValue teamwork and collaborationExhibit a passion for making a difference in the lives of residentsAged care experience (highly regarded)Cert III or IV in Aged Care or individual support (or similar) or be working towards nursing certification (must have completed either aged care/acute placement)Current National Police CheckCurrent COVID-19 and Flu vaccinationsA positive "can-do" attitude with excellent time management skills.Culture Statement Workforce Extensions values and includes all our team members.
