Real Estate Lawyer

The role
Our busy Real Estate team in Melbourne are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Lawyer keen to grow and develop in a team of high-performing property professionals
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with three Partners and a collaborative team, on a broad range of commercial property work including:
Sales and acquisitions
Leasing
Urban development projects
general property advice
Development and disposals of aged care facilities
Sales and acquisitions of farms
Subdivisions
Financing for acquisitions and developments
In this role you will be exposed to a range of clients including commercial landowners, managed investment schemes, residential and commercial developers with direct client contact.
The firm is able to offer you a supportive and friendly working environment to develop as a junior lawyer and mentoring from a highly regarded Partner.
About you
Between 1 - 2 years PQE experience in property law, preferably in a commercial law firm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptionally high attention to detail
Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
A team player, willing to collaborate with the wider team and other members of the firm
