Macs Engineering and Opposite Lock Mackay is a highly regarded 4WD accessory and tray/canopy fabrication company, supplying products and services to retail, commercial, and industrial clients.
We are currently looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Administration and Scheduling Vehicle Administrator to join our dynamic and cohesive team, where our focus is on outstanding customer service and delivery.
The right person for this position will have:
Prior experience or knowledge of scheduling of vehicle flow processes.
Confidence in handling internal and customer queries and offering solutions.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling.
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and as a collaborative part of a team.
Strong communication skills, experience in dealing with a range of internal and external customers.
Exceptional self-motivation and organisation skills with a strong ability to prioritise work.
Manual C class driver's licence.
Ideally, you will be someone who always goes the extra mile, has a passion for what they do, and above all prides themselves on their reliability and integrity.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Scheduling and maintenance of vehicle work flow.
Organising external contractors to coincide with vehicle work flow.
As a dedicated team member working in a retail environment, standard working hours will be Monday to Friday.
