Occupying a position of confidence with the CFO and senior leaders, you will have a finger on the pulse of everyday operations.
A primary focus of your role will be the review and modernisation of policies and practices, alongside acting as a subject-matter expert on a wide range of strategic HR programs and employee-related topics.
Building reliance on the HR function as a trusted leader will require clarity, purpose and credibility in the advice provided and the quality and standards of service delivered.
As a brilliant generalist, you will be able to traverse the world of Talent, Performance, Staff Movement, Contracts, Compensation & Benefits, HSE and Industrial Relations with relative comfort.
Your direct reports in HR and Payroll will welcome your collaborative and developmental leadership style in achieving this outcome.
For a substantial HR professional A highly qualified and accomplished SHRM, you will relish the opportunity to step up to the executive operational ranks if you are not already at this level.
You will be an influential thinker able to lead a small team.
You will be able to move seamlessly between strategic advice and hands-on problem-solving and operations service provision.
The key skills and experience we seek are:
