We're seeking an energised, mechanically minded, forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead the charge in transforming operations, driving sustainable practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Located in Bayswater, WA, this exciting full-time role puts you in the center of one of our national operations sites, overseeing everything from delivering a high-quality product to planning logistics.
What you'll be doing: As the Site Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our WA operations—leading a team of approximately 12 people, optimising production equipment and processes while championing sustainability across the board.

Lead and Inspire: Guide a dynamic team through growth and change, from recruitment and training to performance management and development.
Your hands-on leadership approach will engage and cultivate a high-performing team culture.Drive Operational Excellence: Take full ownership of the production & logistics process, optimise efficiency, and manage resources effectively to deliver on-time, on-budget results.
Oversee site administration and warehouse operations (inbound and outbound).
