We are partnering with one of Australia's established fresh produce providers, connecting quality produce from farms to customers across Australia and Asia.
With operations spanning multiple states and international markets, they partner with growers, retailers, and food service operators to deliver excellence in fresh food.
They are now embarking on an organisational transformation that will reshape how they prioritise and manage workplace health and safety.
The Opportunity:
In this newly created Work Health and Safety Manager position, you will play a crucial role in their transformation journey.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you'll build and lead the safety function, developing comprehensive strategies that protect their people and support operations.
What You'll Drive:
Shape and deliver transformative workplace health and safety strategies Optimise safety culture across diverse operational environments Partner with key stakeholders to create meaningful change Create practical risk management frameworks across multiple locations Foster a positive safety culture through engaging training and clear communication What You'll Bring:
Tertiary qualifications in WHS or related field Strong track record executing and implementing workplace health, safety and wellbeing strategies and driving cultural change Deep understanding of OHS legislation and compliance requirements ICAM investigation expertise Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills The Impact You'll Have:
You'll be instrumental in protecting and enhancing the wellbeing of their people across a complex national footprint.
Your innovative approach will help evolve how they think about and implement safety, creating lasting positive change across the organisation.
