ABOUT THE ROLE:
Due to taking on a new role within the group we now have a rare position for a Brand Sales & Leading Salesperson for Ford.
Our flagship brand is looking for an enthusiastic person to head our sales team for the Ford Brand.
The person we are looking for needs to be passionate, a great communicator and can motivate a team to achieve above sales results along with customer service satisfaction.
The successful candidate needs to show a history of sales success and the ability to lead and make a difference in a team environment, along with being customer focused.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate product offers and ethical sales techniques to maximise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using collaboration to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Effectively respond to and follow up all sales enquiries using appropriate processes.
Use and update customer and prospect contact data, and use available tools and systems to facilitate customer retention and source referrals.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
A sound understanding of sales processes and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
Immaculate and professional presentation.
