This encompasses various aspects such as underground and overhead high voltage transmission systems, substations and switchyards, diesel and gas-fired turbines, wind farms, battery storage systems, and mining process plants.
We have established strong partnerships with Australia's leading transmission network providers, suppliers of wind, gas, and diesel generation equipment, as well as prominent mining companies.
The Role: Graduate Project Manager Permanent Full Time Salary: $72,800 - $83,200 per year A fantastic opportunity has now arisen in our company for a Graduate Project Manager across our Renewables and Infrastructure projects within Australia.
Reporting to the Project Manager and site Construction Manager you will be required to work from both our Adelaide head office and site, collaborating with the site teams and liaising with various stake holders.
You will be provided excellent training to allow for continual growth and development.
Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare scope of works Review and comprehend commercial and contractual documentation Manage and maintain documentation, including drawings, quality assurance (QA) records, and financial documents Prepare and process invoices and progress payments Coordinate and communicate with consultants and subcontractors Handle variations and Requests for Information (RFIs) Read and interpret drawings Negotiate terms with contractors and suppliers Conduct cost reporting, scheduling, and project programming Submission and monitoring of Notices of Delay Prepare and lodge extension of time requests Required: Construction White Card Driver's Licence A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team and autonomously Understanding of building codes and Australian standards Solid understanding of the Construction process and life-cycle Advantageous: Understand commercial and contract documents Previous experience in the Construction industry Ability to read and interpret drawings Cost reporting, scheduling and programming Basic Contracts Administration experience Based firstly in Adelaide, or within South Australia Employment Benefits: We offer a collaborative team environment both within and outside of the workplace.
We provide an attractive remuneration package paid on a weekly basis, which includes paid overtime with penalties, along with additional project-specific allowances and compensation for work away from home.
We are open to discussing and negotiating individual flexibility remuneration arrangements.
When working away from home, we follow a 3-week on and 1-week off roster.

We cover travel expenses if you are required to work away from home.
Overtime hours can be banked for time off in lieu, allowing for extended paid holidays.
