Cleanstate Commercial Cleaning is an expanding family-owned business operating out of Brisbane for over 16 years.A challenging role is currently available for a highly motivated person to assist in the continued growth of the company. We want someone who is hands-on and looking for a stable career and future, who may be looking to go to the next level in the industry.The successful candidate will have a cleaning industry background with experience in managing & coordinating cleaning activities over a wide range of sites.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSTo be successful in this position you must:Be able to work autonomously and as part of a teamDemonstrate an excellent knowledge of all aspects of cleaningExperienced in new client start-upsBe able to organise and direct other peopleRecruit, train and supervise new cleaners/contractors on siteHave past experience in building and maintaining good relations with both internal and external stakeholdersCustomer focused & have good customer service skillsAble to maintain appropriate records & computer literatePossess a current, clean Driver's LicenseMust have or be able to obtain a blue cardExcellent interpersonal skillsYou will be self-motivated, with pride in yourself and your workProactive with a solution-focused, common sense attitudeDependable, organised and thoroughWilling to lead by exampleIf you have the above qualities and abilities and want to work in a team committed to quality customer service, where your professionalism, ethics, and contribution are valued, then we want to see your resume.Generous salary plus a fully expensed car, phone, and laptop.
