As a broker you will be responsible for managing the client from servicing/research, all the way to post settlement duties.
The credit analyst will be responsible for ensuring leads are processed in a timely manner and managing operations.

Our company is growing fast, and we are looking for an energetic, ambitious and detail-focused broker/lending specialist that has the ambition to build his/her career in the mortgage broking space.Duties of the role:Credit Assessment: Demonstrate knowledge and skills in loan processing and credit assessment.Loan Structuring: Analyse client information and present suitable mortgage options, explaining the features and benefits of each product.Lender Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with a wide range of lenders to access competitive mortgage products and rates.Application Management: Assist clients with completing and submitting mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender policies.Experience with systems like Broker Engine, FLEX and AOL.Negotiation & Advocacy: Negotiate loan terms and conditions on behalf of clients, advocating for their best interests.Market Knowledge: Stay current with Australian mortgage market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice.Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.Client Support: Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the mortgage process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in mortgage broking as a credit analyst or equivalent;Minimum Qualification Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking;Experience using Quickli, Broker Engine, Flex, Apply Online and Australian bank platforms;Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders;Proficient in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
