Queensland Health | Senior Functional Analyst | Brisbane

The Senior Functional Analyst will have extensive experience with the SAP FICO and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, including expertise in managing BTP migrations and SAP S/4HANA upgrades, ensuring efficient configuration, integration, and optimization within the broader SAP landscape.
The role involves building strong relationships with business stakeholders and colleagues, facilitating system support, and ensuring an integrated solution that meets business needs.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities) You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated expertise and technical skills with integrated ERP solutions and the ability to apply this knowledge in such ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management and the implementation of solution change control processes.
Demonstrated experience in the support and configuration of large-scale SAP S/4HANA solutions.
The product set for QH includes SAP S/4HANA FICO, MM, EWM, EAM, Sales and Distribution and OpenText.
Demonstrated expertise and experience as an SAP functional analyst in SAP modules including the ability to assist in translating business needs into well written, unambiguous functional requirements and deliver business requirements using configuration of S/4HANA functionality.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA system environments with an ability to deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes and deadlines.
Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and innovative problem-solving skills including the ability to research, analyse, develop and recommend options to enhance business performance and reform business processes.
