We are seeking a high performing, experienced automotive leader for our Castle Hill Volkswagen dealership in NSW.
As a business operated by Australia's most progressive automotive group – Autosports Group, the role of Dealer Principal at Castle Hill Volkswagen is a key appointment within the Group's senior management team.
With significant volume growth, there's never been a better time to join Autosports Group.
To be considered for this key hands-on leadership role, you must have a history of success in the luxury segment in Automotive in Australia, be at the very top of your field and be able to demonstrate the following:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the dealership Achieving and exceeding all major budget targets Leading, developing and coaching staff including change management, team building and achieving sales targets Working as part of a larger dealership network and within an ASX Listed company Achieve KPI targets set by the company and manufacturer Set a clear direction and vision for the business Create & maintain a positive, effective & safe working environment for customers & staff Skills & Experience:
Must have proven experience in either a General Manager or Dealer Principal position with proven success in all key areas of responsibility.
Thorough understanding of commercial and financial business management.
Ability to build mutually respectful & productive relationships with OEM brand partners Natural mentoring and leadership skills Above all else you need passion, drive, and a desire to deliver above benchmark results.
Applicants for this position must have Australian residency or a valid Australian work visa.
