We're proud finalists for the AFR's Best Place to Work awardYou will be responsible for:Oversee the execution of Paid Digital strategy for key channel clients within the specified timeframe, following the best practices established by OMG (Our Marketing Group). This includes managing campaigns across Google Search, Google Shopping, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.Be accountable for implementing and advancing Account Development Plans (ADPs) and client strategies within my client portfolio to ensure the continued growth and success of our clients.Additionally, collaborate with the PPC Lead to drive strategic enhancements in OMG's SEM service offering and refine our agency's technical best practices.Handle end-to-end campaign management with Best practice campaign set-up and optimisations.Strive to deliver exceptional communication both internally and externally, meeting high client service standards for each individual client and overall.Requirements2+ years experience in Google Ads Advertising.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus.Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience.Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent research and analytical skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsBirthday leave.Volunteer leave.Career Development and Training Programs.Pet-friendly and vibrant office.About OMG:Our #1 belief and goal is that if employees are happy and over the moon - the culture is amazing and together we can achieve incredible resultsMassive focus on hiring good human beings - we believe the rest can be learned and developed through our training initiatives.Huge focus on employee development, engagement & growth opportunities.Hybrid-working - enjoy the great office vibe and the benefit of working from home.Largest independent agency in Australia - tripled revenue in the last 3 years.We are in significant growth mode, looking for our future leaders as we scale globally - currently 140+ employees in Sydney and Melbourne, 40 in the Philippines, as well as USA expansion ongoing.
