We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to become a key member of our dedicated team at Vic Park City.With a diverse inventory of over 250 vehicles available for sale each month, our high-volume, high-value sales environment continues to grow daily.If you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you.As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the right used vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.You will play a key role in ensuring a positive buying experience and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.Assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs and preferences.Present and demonstrate a wide range of used vehicles to customers.Provide detailed and accurate information about the features, benefits, and pricing of vehicles.Conduct test drives and follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns.Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales transactions.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the inventory and current promotions.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.You:Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.Sales Licence or the ability to gain one.A valid driver's license.Working Rights for Australia.Why Join Vic Park City?Competitive salary and attractive commission structure.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Access to a wide range of quality used vehicles and industry-leading resources.Employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services.How to Apply:Ready to become a part of the Vic Park City family?
