The requirements | What it takes to do this work This is an all-rounder team-based role contributing to the operational need of our residential homes.
Drawing on your skills, your role will support the home in the role of cleaning, laundry and kitchen hand.
You'll also need: Experience in an Aged Care environment An empathy for older people and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Willingness and flexibility to work across the roster, day and evening shift Strong interpersonal and communication skills The locations | A home to belong to We have permanent part-time and casual opportunities available in our Illawarra Homes: Warrigal Multicultural Village Warrigal Multicultural Village residential aged care home and community village provides care and support for older people who are from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
