Define the Vision: Craft and execute a strategic technology roadmap, with AI at the heart of our PropTech platform.Lead AI Innovation: Develop AI-powered solutions for predictive maintenance, resource optimization, project analytics, and digital twins.Architect for Scalability: Design and implement a robust, scalable, cloud-based SaaS platform tailored to the property and construction sectors.Recruit & Inspire: Build and lead a high-performing tech team, with a focus on AI specialists, data scientists, and software engineers.Bridge Legacy & Tech: Seamlessly integrate technology solutions with the company's existing construction and development operations.Prepare for IPO: Establish scalable systems, data governance, and infrastructure aligned with IPO readiness.Data Intelligence: Enable data-driven decision-making across all departments, including project management, procurement, and operations.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, industry experts, and stakeholders to align tech initiatives with business goals.Deliver Results: Optimize budgets, timelines, and resources while delivering high-impact, AI-driven solutions.What We're Looking For: Visionary Leadership: Experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in PropTech, ConTech, or SaaS, with a focus on AI integration.Tech Innovator: Proficiency in modern tech stacks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
