We aim to be known as the likeable advertiser, trusted, and appreciated by businesses across Australia.Qualifications & experience2-5+ Years of experience in a similar Sales Management role & in Digital MarketingExtensive experience in entirely outbound sales, in-person networking events, quota-based salesThorough knowledge of the function and benefits of paid online advertisingAbility to analyse and communicate data clearly, deal with problems in a compassionate way, work independently without supervisionTasks & responsibilitiesSourcing new sales opportunities through networking events, outbound calls and emails, and any other means of sourcing sales opportunities that you chooseMeeting a quarterly sales quota (with commissions included)Achieving your sales quota through completely outbound methodsCompetitive base salary $80K + Super ($80k per annum when minimum required targets are reached, with potential to earn well over $100k per annum)We don't operate on a "bonus" commissions basis. If you achieve the minimum quota that is required to maintain your position with us, you'll be earning $80k per annum at a minimumA warm and casual environment with your remote-based co-workersFlexibility and work-life balance through the ability to work remotely
