The Sunshine Coast Manager will play a crucial role in guiding, inspiring, and nurturing the team at Suncoast Cabs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, relationship skills, sales expertise, and operational knowledge.
You will foster a safe and respectful workplace, ensuring your team upholds the company "DRIVA" values and has a relentless focus on customer satisfaction with a sustainable growth mindset.
The role includes working with all sectors of business (our drivers and operators, government, private and not for profit) with a particular focus on developing deep customer relationships.
Your ability to develop, engage & lead your team and execute a sustainable growth strategy is essential.
