The Sunshine Coast Manager will play a crucial role in guiding, inspiring, and nurturing the team at Suncoast Cabs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, relationship skills, sales expertise, and operational knowledge.
You will foster a safe and respectful workplace, ensuring your team upholds the company "DRIVA" values and has a relentless focus on customer satisfaction with a sustainable growth mindset.
The role includes working with all sectors of business (our drivers and operators, government, private and not for profit) with a particular focus on developing deep customer relationships.
Your ability to develop, engage & lead your team and execute a sustainable growth strategy is essential.
Overview of the role: Managing the Suncoast Cabs brandStakeholder relationshipsOverseeing fleet growth, retention, and managementFleet Management, including mechanical workshopContract ManagementRegularly reviewing results and meeting KPIsImplementing a communication strategy in line with the Sunshine Coast team's business goalsCollaborating closely with the Black & White Cabs Queensland regional teamPosition requirements: Operational background with a track record on team leadershipExcellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, conflict resolution and time-management skillsProven ability to develop and execute a strategyClear understanding of WH&S obligations and ability to applyExperience in mentoring, coaching & development of staffEffective time management skills and ability to work independentlyBenefits of working with us: Competitive salary packageAbility to make this role your own, and implement new initiativesAccess to EAPFree parking on site at our Marcoola officeBlack & White Cabs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
