About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Operational Delivery to join our team in a senior leadership role. You will be responsible for overseeing operational delivery across our member and employer experience portfolio, ensuring our teams are set up for success. With a focus on enabling performance, you'll drive engagement, collaboration, and efficient management of current and future programs of work as well as drive effective prioritisation of activities.
Key Responsibilities Provide operational delivery oversight to ensure alignment with strategic goals and successful implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-led initiatives and manage operational outcomes.Drive a member-focused culture, enhancing the experience for both members and employers.Lead engagement and collaborative practices for ongoing and upcoming programs.Lead engagement and forums to support effective prioritisation and delivery.Key Selection Criteria Proven experience in operational leadership, with a strong track record in driving high-performance teams.Demonstrated ability to foster a member-focused culture and champion exceptional service delivery.Expertise in project management, governance and business readiness, with excellent organizational skills.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.Business insights and analytical skills to assess impacts, develop business readiness plans, and support informed decision-making.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and member-focused initiatives, we encourage you to apply.We're keen to hear from you
