This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Project Support Officer to join a dynamic team of professionals in a growing defence environment.Responsibilities:Compile project data in support of developing project reports, briefs and presentations.Assist in the preparation for reporting requirements in accordance with CASG project management policy and the company's governance structure.Assist the project with the transition of project controls and reporting functions to corporate tools and systems such as Open Plan Professional and Project Performance Reporting Information Platform.Support in the transfer of knowledge across the team.Undertake ad hoc project support and management activities.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 4 years' experience in Project Management or Support roles within CASG/ADF or Defence.Tertiary qualification in project management or engineering (desirable).Experience managing large Defence contracts across acquisition (desirable).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in relating project/program advice to various business areas.All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active Negative Vetting 1 Defence Security Clearance.
