We are a mobile & in-clinic community-based NDIS service provider delivering in-home Allied Health and Telehealth services.
We are on the lookout for another Occupational Therapist to join our Melbourne-based crew who is ready to take on a diverse and rewarding caseload.
Four Point Therapy prides itself on the ethical delivery of NDIS services to our Participants, with no billable targets or unrealistic KPIs so you can focus on delivering quality healthcare that makes a real difference.
Experience within the NDIS is preferable, but not required.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalentValid AHPRA RegistrationExperience working within the NDIS framework preferable, but not essentialABN Number Required - We can help set one upCurrent Drivers Licence and Reliable CarCurrent Police CheckCurrent Working with Children Check (employee)Experience in using evidence-based assessments to complete comprehensive functional assessmentsExcellent time management skills, with the ability to adhere to treatment schedules and deadlinesLaptop with reliable internet connectionAbility to build rapport with our participantsAbout you: Work as a mobile OT providing community-based therapy to NDIS participants across your region of Melbourne (servicing clients close to where you live).Minimum 2+ day p/w equivalent (10 hours per week)Provide services to clients funded privately, through the NDIS.Use evidenced-based assessments and interventions with a community caseload, capturing (but not limited to) life skills training, equipment prescription, one-to-one exercise & lifestyle interventions, home environment assessments, reporting of functional capacity, home modifications, and chronic disease management.Receive clinical support from a team of Senior Therapists to develop your knowledge, skills, and confidence.Collaborate with other members of our Mobile Allied Health team – Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Psychologists to support a Participant's holistic needs.Liaise with NDIS, other providers (Support Coordinators), and key stakeholders.With appropriate experience and interest, the potential to offer clinical leadership of other community-based Therapists.New office and clinic space in metro Melbourne which can be accessed as needed.Opportunity for meaningful career progression - including supervisor role, clinical lead, or management.Direct clinical and non-clinical support with a Senior OT Team Lead.Guaranteed caseload from commencement.Opportunity to collaborate with other Allied Health Therapists.Flexible working arrangements to accommodate your work-life balance; schedule your own work and take on as much work as desired.Progressive company structure/values.Regular clinical and personal development.Great team culture – regular social catchups.If you have a special interest in a specific area of practice, there is capacity within our team to allow you to make this a focus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
