Temp to Perm opportunity $35 - $40 per hour + super Fastly growing FMCG business based in Abbotsford ABOUT THE COMPANY TwoScots are partnering with a luxury distributor of travel goods and products based in Abbotsford.
This business is a real success story, a leader in their field and well known for the industry they specialise in.
Due to growth, they now seek an Office Administrator to join their team on a part time, temporary basis.
CULTURE + BENEFITS $35 - $40 per hour + super New state of the art office with excellent working environment and down to earth culture Part Time initially (3-4 days per week) Temp to perm opportunity with potential for full time once permanent RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Front Desk Reception: Serve as the welcoming face of the office, greet visitors warmly, and manage visitor log-in and assistance.
Boardroom Maintenance: Ensure the boardroom is ready for meetings, handling setup, cleanliness, and any required materials.
Event Support: Assist with planning and coordinating office events, supporting a lively and creative office atmosphere.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supply stock, ensuring supplies are available and up to date.
Lunch Coordination: Order and set up lunch for staff, ensuring timely and varied options to support team needs.
Office Cleanliness: Oversee the day-to-day cleanliness and order of the office, maintaining a pleasant, tidy environment.
Creative Environment: Thrive in a vibrant office with a creative team and a lively atmosphere, often with music playing.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE 2-3 years experience minimum in a similar Office Admin role.
