Job Description What is this role about?

We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our business to coach and mentor agile teams through transformational change to drive engagement and deliver on key business objectives.

This role is accountable for creating and implementing new capabilities and ways of working across Cuscal.
As Agile Coach leading Communities of Practice, training Cuscal employees while supporting other Cuscal teams, you will develop an expertise in and support individuals, teams, leaders, squads, Scrum Masters & Product Owners in embedding Agile ways of working.
You will leverage your knowledge to understand many of Cuscal's current processes and lead teams in their adoption of agile while solving key business problems.

Here's some more insight into what you'll work on:
Drive adoption of recently implemented agile ways of working across teams and the broader organisation Coach and support Product Owners, Scrum Masters and scaled Agile teams Coach and support non-squad teams to embed agile ways of working Develop and execute coaching plans for teams Develop and deliver Agile training for teams and business stakeholders Support the scaling framework Contribute to the Cuscal Agile knowledge base Identify, collect, and report on agile practice metrics Identify and work to resolve barriers to scaling use of agile Qualifications What can you bring?

You will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience within the agile coaching space with expertise in software development projects.
You will have hands-on people management experience and a proven track record of coaching and mentoring agile teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.

With a considerable understanding of Agile and Lean values and hands-on experience of working in businesses using Scrum Agile, you will be a confident leader in guiding people through transformational change.
Your skills in educating and facilitating agile training and workshops will be paramount to the success of this role.
A Scrum Master/Product Owner certification is essential, and relevant coaching certification is highly regarded.
