Responsibilities Tasks Manage staff and assign duties Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Sell merchandise Provide staff training Perform opening and closing activities Balance and deposit cash Provide customer service Complete sales transactions Human resource planning and development Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Supervision 3-4 people Experience and Specialization Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
