We're looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to join our Demand Planning team on a permanent full-time basis in North Sydney.Join our vibrant team at GWA, where our rich Australian and New Zealand heritage, technical expertise, and innovative drive combine with our iconic brands to create something truly extraordinary.
For over a century, we've been crafting innovative, high-quality products for homes and offices, including market-leading brands like Caroma, Methven and Clark.About the roleThis is a key role which reports directly to the Demand Planning Manager and is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to demonstrate their experience in:Supporting all forecasting and analysis activities associated with the product portfolio they are allocated to and with cross-functional stakeholders.Creating and maintaining forecast models, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from internal and external sources.Integration point into the Marketing, Sales and Finance functions across the S&OP process.About youAlong with 2 years' experience in a demand planning and analytical role, you will have:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel, SQL and PowerBI a must.Proficiency in demand planning software and statistical analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated experience working with ERP and/or order management applications.Knowledge of S&OP principles & practices.What can you expect from us?Join us on our journey from Good to Great, where you'll collaborate with inspiring colleagues, engage with iconic brands, and contribute to a business with a legacy of strong growth.
