Join our Customer Support Team as a Call Centre Agent and make a meaningful impact
In this highly fulfilling role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email Offer empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions Utilise First Call Resolution to ensure our customers receive outstanding service This role is a fantastic opportunity to work Full Time with a unique 4-day work week.
Your hours will be either 7:30am-5:30pm or 8:15am-6:15pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
To help you get started, you'll begin with a 1-month training period at our Newington office.
Once you're up to speed, you'll transition to a hybrid work arrangement, working from home for 2 days a week.
About You

Reliability and a strong work ethic are key.
Experience with disability and related health products is a plus, but if you're keen to learn, that's great too
What We're Looking For
We are ready to support the right candidate to excel in this role.
Ideally, you should have:
Genuine and exceptional customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities High attention to detail Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals Confidence in working across multiple screens and systems Previous experience in a contact centre or the health space is highly desirable Willingness to complete a National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and pre-employment health questionnaire Desirable but Not Essential:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zendesk, and SAP Understanding of the disability sector or experience living with a disability Enjoy the Benefits
