Reporting to the Director, you will lead and further develop the Technology recruitment division whilst developing your own successful desk.
Your prime responsibility will be incremental revenue/profit growth, attraction, and development of staff, qualifying and developing client opportunities, developing a marketing strategy for your team and managing candidate attraction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a robust and profitable Tech businessImprove revenue growth, productivity, and margin growth month on monthManage and develop a team of consultants for future progressionIdentification and attraction of new Consultants to the teamQualify and develop new business opportunities in addition to management of existing clientsDevelop a marketing strategy for the team ensuring wide coverage on various platformsImplement and manage a candidate attraction and engagement programKey Requirements: The ability to manage and develop a profitable team, develop Consultants and ensure year on year growthCommercial awareness and ability to manage financials/P&L to drive incremental growthExcellent communication and influencing skills to work with a diverse group of clientsLeadership skills to effectively lead and develop a team of consultantsAbility to work to tight deadlines, manage quality of work and delivery to clients/candidatesUnderstanding of Perth Tech recruitment marketCareer Opportunities / On offer: Manager benefits including mortgage subsidy or super contributions, health insurance contribution, home internet contribution, 4 days Managers leave per yearGlobal "high achievers" incentive - destinations include Barbados, Miami, Las Vegas and CambodiaInternational career opportunitiesIndustry leading Learning and Development programAdditional 1 week of leave after 3 years of continuous service, income protection and salary sacrificingWork from anywhere 5 days per yearAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
