About Our ClientOperating within three key health corridors, our client's aim is to strengthen the overall capability of the WA primary health care system.
Their service model has been established upon an understanding of local health requirements and the subsequent development of appropriate partnerships that facilitate the effective commissioning of specific health care services.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following:The ability to autonomously prepare, manage and evaluate the tender process, including general tender documentation, pricing submissions, negotiations, evaluation and recommendation documents, and terms and conditions reviews; with the aim of creating foundation/framework contracts with regular service providers.The analysis of existing and identification of new suppliers, particularly service providers; engaging in direct negotiations as required to improve commercial outcomes, performance, and/or other measurables.The review and maintenance of existing contracts through the registry, including performance reviews, variations, and commercial reviews.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:Previous experience designing, implementing, and managing an end-to-end procurement process/strategy, ideally pertaining to services.Demonstrated experience within the health industry or category management experience across pharmaceuticals/alcohol.Ability to demonstrate experience managing negotiations for medium to high-risk contracts/projects.What's on OfferVariety of employment options to suit different individual situations; permanent, fixed-term contract, and temporary.Personalised work from home arrangements; requirement to only be in the office three days per fortnight.Central office location, with public transport options available.Salary packaging options available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
