Finance Business Partner About the opportunity Kinetic IT are currently looking for an accomplished Finance Business Partner to join their team within Strategic Finance. This role will manage a large scale infrastructure portfolio.
If you were here yesterday, these are some of the things you would be involved in:
Month end reporting and analysis – ensuring the recorded numbers are correct and revenue and cost is accounted for. Report on FTE – key driver of cost to KIT's organisation.P&I: Performance and operation meetings – provide context on results and the direction the GE needs to move towards to improve profitability – breaks down to base and discretionary work.Pricing variations in customer of portfolio – utilise pricing model, scope variations, review FTE's – ensure pricing is 100% correct.Monthly forecast, review the performance against the targets and forecast the remainder of the year.Quarterly resource review – review all positions within the portfolio, ensure we understand all the capacity and resources in the account.Adhoc queries – profitability analysis, sensitivity analysis (i.e what do I need to do to make a profit on this SOW).Setting the targets for the coming year annually (March – May/June) – presented to executives and C suite.Keen to get involved? You'll just need some of the following: Proven track record in Finance planning and analysisStrategic experience – working with executive level customers – i.e turning around profitability of a customer or identifying inefficiencies of a business unit.
