If so, an opportunity exists to join a Sydney based multi-trade builder in the role of Site Supervisor / Junior Foreman.
This role is positioned for those keen to progress their careers and get off the tools and into Construction Project Management.

The Role
Due to growth in all sectors, an opportunity to join Trade Wind Pty Ltd in the role of Site Supervisor / Junior Foreman is available.
This role is for those looking to use their skills and technical trade knowledge and take the next step in their career into Construction Project Management.
As a Site Supervisor / Junior Foreman, you will work with the Construction Project Managers and under the direct guidance of the Head of Project Delivery across multiple projects in the Sydney basin to learn how to effectively and successfully manage and deliver projects from start to finish.
Key Skills Developed:
Managing subcontractors through different leadership techniques WHS Compliance - Inductions, SWMS, toolbox talks, safety walks Work Programming - planning out your week Quality Control & Quality Management practices What Will You Be Provided?
The successful applicant will be given all the tools needed to complete their job – laptop, phone, iPad, etc.
They will also be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, all safety equipment, and uniforms.
Most importantly, the successful applicant will join a team culture that is supportive and nurturing.
What You Need to Apply:
Carpentry trade A strong and developed work history Diverse experience in the construction industry Willingness to learn and grow Cert 4 in or Diploma in Building will be highly regarded Your application will include the following questions:
