This position will begin at the start of Term 1, 2025

We provide a fun and exciting level of care for children in our programs, including vacation care at our 3 huge hubs

About the role
This role is a permanent, 5 day a week position working as the Coordinator of the service.
You will receive all the support you need from our amazing leadership team to ensure you have everything you need to provide amazing care and loads of fun for the children
Some responsibilities include:
Building a fantastic relationship with your school and partnering up with major school events Enjoying creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day Building meaningful relationships with the children and their families Managing and rostering your team of passionate educators Creating healthy and exciting food options for the children Meeting with the school business manager/principal alongside our Area/Regional Manager Service times: 7:00am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday + Admin Hours (To be discussed) 29.5 hours minimum The successful candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves inspiring kids to be their best Has confident interpersonal skills, able to communicate with children, parents, and the principal of the school Possesses strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude Can lead a team of educators in your service Has a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children Is full of energy, extremely enthusiastic, and loves having FUN
Is qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification (e.g., Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work, etc.).
