Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and business owners to create and implement portfolio-wide contract and supplier management strategies.About the Role:Reporting to the Head of Commercial Procurement, your key responsibilities include forecast planning, contract reviews, and ensuring effective vendor selection, negotiation, and procurement processes that align with our business goals.You'll work closely with departments like Finance, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Cyber to ensure their needs are integrated into the sourcing process.
Additionally, you'll advise business owners on sourcing best practices and market insights, supporting our long-term enterprise strategy.Key Responsibilities:Influence business owners to ensure the necessary commercial practices are agreed before progressing to sourcing.Work with business owners to understand their ongoing requirements, future demand and planned long-term strategy.Supporting new initiatives and business cases by performing upfront market research and due diligence on new vendors.Maintaining ongoing governance of existing vendors and strategically planning renewals.Creation and maintenance of supplier profiles and the required commercial/governance documentation.Act as the commercial procurement SME for projects and tenders.Maintain industry monitoring of vendors, pricing fluctuation and trends.What sets you apart:Experience in contract management or a commercial role, with regular engagement with legal, privacy, and cybersecurity stakeholders.Strong knowledge of contracts, including a detailed understanding of contract management practices and legal terminology.Ability to navigate complex legal documents and ensure compliance with privacy and cybersecurity requirements.Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contract terms for technology services.About us:Scentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
