This firm has an excellent reputation in the industry and are growing rapidly.
POSITION Due to strong growth and the need to cater for succession planning in the next 5+ years, the position of Associate Director has been created.
This role will involve managing client relationships, new business development, managing staff and working alongside the Partners to ensure the day to day operations of the firm are running smoothly.
CANDIDATE The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: CA/CPA Qualified 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice A genuine interest in progressing to partnership Previous experience managing staff Extensive client relationship management experience Exceptional communication and presentation Experience from reputable firms BENEFITS The successful candidate will work in a very positive work environment.
