The Role The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation and projects surrounding HRIS, finance systems, IT systems, and Windows focused IT infrastructure.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS projects and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
This is a 24-month fixed-term role.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects related to HRIS and finance systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Oversee the implementation and optimization of Microsoft / Azure IT based Infrastructure projects.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.The Candidate Preferably experience working across projects in HRIS / Windows based infrastructure.Strong background as a PM delivering projects on time and on budget.Self-starter who can drive outcomes across projects.Please note, we will only be able to contact successfully shortlisted candidates at this stage.
