Job DescriptionThe Primary Health Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the delivery of primary healthcare services within the organisation.
This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting health equity in the community.
The Team Leader will drive program development, enhance team performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to address the diverse health needs of the population.
