What will your typical day look like? Work with a team of creative and passionate people to bring calm clarity to special situations.
Expect every day at work to be challenging and rewarding as you help to advise high-profile businesses to address underperformance and help them get back on their feet.
You will work as part of diverse teams to diagnose root causes of client underperformance and design programs to improve their operations and profitability, generate cash and carry out transformations.
You will build your leadership, negotiation and influencing skills as you support a wide range of stakeholders in developing and implementing turnaround strategies.
You are passionate about data, want to use the latest technology, you love workshopping problems, and you want to keep building your analytical, operational, strategic and financial skills.

Our Turnaround & Restructuring team specialises in offering sophisticated advice and innovative solutions to companies facing corporate stress or disruption.
Working with senior stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs and MDs, we advise on financial restructuring / refinancing, operational restructuring, profit improvement programs, formal restructuring appointments (including Voluntary Administrations, Receiverships) cash generation / working capital analysis, and large-scale complex transformational change, all to deliver sustainable financial outcomes and long term growth.
Enough About Us, Let's Talk About You. Strong prior restructuring and turnaround experience, and previous experience working for consulting companies on matters of financial performance, operational restructuring, or financial management. A developed understanding of large formal insolvencies, or restructuring and turnaround, and accounting principles. Self-starter with a strong drive for self-learning and personal development. Strong analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability and willingness to work with ambiguity and change. A drive to foster a supportive and inclusive environment, with a love of working in and leading a strong team. A positive mindset with strong commercial and interpersonal skills, and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. A degree in commerce/accounting/business or equivalent. A related post-graduate qualification or currently studying (for example CA, CPA). The ARITA professional qualification (or willing to complete). Why Deloitte?
