Our stunning Nido Early School Kingsway is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our purpose-built 82 place service with wonderful families, children, and educators.
ABOUT THE SERVICE: Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 2 beautiful outdoor play areas Incredible in-service support from a full time Service Administrator and full time Curriculum Leader.
Outstanding long standing Area Manager to guide you through your career Walking distance to local supermarkets and coffee shops Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
Opening hours - 6:30am-6:30pm - Monday-Friday

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) Have a minimum of 12 months experience in managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
