This is your opportunity to work with staff in some of Australia's largest industry, government and corporate organisations - to be part of a team that provides Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling, crisis response, training, conflict resolution, career counselling, assessment and consulting services.
We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP providers.
To be successful in this role you will: Enjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environmentsHave a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performanceBe commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspectiveBe self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a 'can do' attitude.

A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required.
