Monadelphous has been awarded a new Engineering and Construction Project located in Cape Lambert, WA. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Planner to join us in our Head Office in Victoria Park, Perth. This role will primarily focus on the initial setup of the project, based initially out of our Victoria Park head office. Subsequently, you will transition to a site-based position undertaking a 2:1 FIFO roster (ex any capital city) during the construction phase.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:Project completion bonus and site upliftSafety and wellbeing at the forefront of our cultureInternal transfer and secondment opportunities within the businessStrong remuneration package availableProof of right to work in AustraliaKey Responsibilities:Development of a detailed execution schedule(s) based on the scope of works.Development of comprehensive basis of schedule documents outlining schedule assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment, and critical path information.Monitor and update key dates and sequencing of the schedule.Development and management of schedules deliverables, including but not limited to resource histograms, equipment histograms, procurement plans, quantity curves, and bedding forecasts.Review planning and scheduling documentation and identify ambiguities, risks and key issues to be considered by the project execution team.Assist the Project Manager in compiling major project plans and execution schedules on behalf of the Project.Ensure that appropriate planning and scheduling techniques and systems are implemented to meet the project's needs.Ensure that all project, engineering and procurement planning and scheduling information is available to service construction needs.Prepare planning/scheduling/cost control information into correspondence, forms, reports or databases; prepares information for dissemination to others.Establishing client relationships, making group presentations and communicating effectively with site personnel.What you'll bring:Proven experience with resources related multi-discipline scopes and committed to a site-based role.Previous experience using Primavera (P6) project planning tool.Large-scale construction project experience.Demonstrated understanding of Critical Path analysis and Extension of Time claims.Strong statistical and analytical reporting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.You acquire a methodical approach, high attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your own work and meeting deadlines.Ability to contribute and influence continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing delivery methods for your project partners.Life at MonadelphousThere's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
